1、M.S. or Ph.D. in microelectical engineering, circuit design, physics , etc.
2、Digital standcell design or SRAM cell design, or related layout design.
3、Physical verification of circuit design, including RC extraction, DRC and LVS check, etc.
4、Familar with digital circuit on PPA(performance, power, are) simulation, and related simulation EDA tools.
Work on the following fields in Linux environment:
1、Assist in AMEDAC DTCO field.
2、Optimize design based on circuit simulation.
3、Electrical simulation flow integration with other DTCO module, such as patterning.
4、Work closely with patterning team for design hotspot verification and correction.
